Anyone have any suscess with the 2468 diet?!


Question: Anyone have any suscess with the 2468 diet!?
Where you eat 200 calories one day, 400 the next, 600 the next, 800 the next (and then repeat the cycle)!.
So, anyone go on it!?
How long did it take you to lose 10lbs!?
Did ya gain it back!?
