Question: I want stronger arms, 10 points first best answer!!?
I'm 13 and I want arms of a gymnast- toned and strong!. Can anyone give me ideas on a healthy diet and excersize routine!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Just lift weights, do pull ups to a bar, and do push ups!.
Eat well too!. What you think would be healthy (anything unprocessed [peanutbutter, pasta and bread don't count]) you should eat!. It's really just up to eating the right amount of calories in a day (don't try and lose weight!.!.!. I personally need 3000 calories just to not lose weight, so don't think you need 1200 or something ridiculous)!.

Just exercise and exercise!. Also it could be the make of your body that can be the problem too!. Some people have bodies that can just show off those muscles and some people don't!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
