Question: Getting rid of 'love handles'!?
well i'm 16 5'6 at 127lbs and i just started going to the gym last week!. every other day i run for 15-30 minutes and work out for an hour and a half!. the biggest concern for me right now is my little 'love handles'!. they're getting really annoying and i want to get rid of them as fast as possible!.
my friend told me to do 500 sit-ups daily throughout the day, and i should lose them in about a month!. is he right!? what else can i do to lose them ASAP!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

500 sit ups is not neccessary!. What you're doing will lose your love handles soon!. It just takes time, don't give up!. I mean how many runners do you see with love handles!? Hahah, you're doing fine!. Good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com
one thing you can do is side sit-ups!. its like a sit-up but you lay on your side and stretch your torso towards the ceilingWww@Answer-Health@Com
