Lose weight in 2 weeks?!
Question: Lose weight in 2 weeks!?
Ok so my mom got me and my brothers wii fit like last month!. I play that just about everyday for eaither 30 min or like an hour!. I also go to the gym with a friend at least once a week!. i rele want to lose like 4 or 5 pounds within the next 2 weeks or so!. cause school starts again on the 3rd!. I want to be nice and thin for the first day of hs!. My mom said about 4 or 5 pounds will do it for me but i havent had much luck so far!. i lost it for awhile but i seem to keep gaining it back on and i dont even eat alot!. Please help!

you need to eat a balanced diet
a possible reason why your gaining weight and lossing weight is that your under eating!. you need at least 1,000 cals a day, if you eat under your body will think its starving and store the food you do consume into fat!.
your exercises sound great!.
losing 4 pounds is a great goal!. excercise a hour a day and eat 1,000 cals!.
dont eat any junk for 2 weeks and tooons of water and youll be set!

The thing it your to worried about losing it!. You can lose up to 1-4 pounds a week if you eat a healthy meal!. Just workout and sweat for 1 hour and 30mins a day!. BTW Wii Fit doesn't work that much if your in airconditon rooms!. If just moves your musscles to burn a bit fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
