Eliminate some carbohydrates from your diet!. DON'T STARVE YOURSELF! Not eating will cause your metabolism to slow down and the next time you eat, the food will not digest for a long time, causing you to actually gain more weight!. Keep eating, just eat more fruits, vegetables, eggs, fish, and grains, and less bagels, cookies, cakes, and brownies!. It takes your body 21 days (3 weeks) to develop new eating habits, so don't cheat on this diet (even though I wouldn't really call it a diet) and you'll be so much healthier!.
