I work out 4 days a week!.
All the other days, I'm either working on my house, or out doing something with my dogs!.

Absolutely!. I run 3 miles 3 days a week(MWF) push-ups and sit-ups on the days that I don't run, except for Sunday!. Though on Sunday's I take my dog to the park and usually go swimming!.

there's no sitting round on the sofa when you've got two greyhounds like me!.if they dont get taken out for a run at least once or twice a day,they run around the house chewing everything up and chasing after their tails [: oh,and theres the 40 minute walk to and from school everyday!. too active :[Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, I hate going a day without going to the gym or dance classes or yoga or hiking!. I'm really active!. When I have to miss a day of exercising I feel like crap!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I try to be!. I find I'm so much happier when I'm active!. At least 40 minutes of biking everyday keeps me a happy camper!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
I run 4 days a week!. 20+ miles of running per week!. This week was 28!. I might not workout every day, however I'm averaging about 5 miles per day a week of running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
