NOOOO!. do not starve yourself that makes it worse!. When you starve yourself your body goes into starvation mode and it holds onto the fat because it thinks it isn't getting fed anytime soon!. Eat healthy and exercise daily, don't over do it!.

You would lose it in that span of a week, but the second you ate anything, anything at all, it would store it as fat!. Your body will be used to no food, and will store anything it can get into body fat so you can survive!. You will end up GAINING weight!.
To lose weight, eat regular meals!. But eat slowly!. After each bite, put the knife and fork DOWN!. You fuller faster, and it really does work!. Also, take up a sport!. Buy a tredmile!. You can do all the right eating, but you need to burn off those extra pounds before any weight can be lost!.

A lot will be water weight and muscle, so when you start eating again you'll gain it all back and probably more!. Your metabolism will slow down so when you do start to eat again it will take you longer to burn it off than before you starved yourself!. well of ocurse you would lose weight, you birn approx!. 70 calories an hour doing nothing and there is about 3500 calories in a pound of fat, so you would lose a lot of weight but you would most likely gain it al back once you started eating again and you would probably get start passing out at some pointWww@Answer-Health@Com
