Question: Hey all!. I was just watching ''TRUE LIFE''!.!.!.I'm always on a diet!.!.!?
and I was wondering the guy on the show lost a massive amount of weight!.!.!.he only ate 200 to 300 calories per day wow!! And if a female ate 300 calories for 30 days how much weight could she loose !? I know its not safe nor healthy but sometimes a person does reach a point where they're willing to do just about anything!. So how much weight can one loose in 30 days!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

I wouldn't recommend losing too much weight too fast!. If you restrict your calories too much you'll be burning mostly stored fat!. This fat probably took years to accumulate which means the the level of fat soluble toxins stored with the fat could be high!. If you burn off the fat too quickly, the concentration of these toxins released in a short amount of time can make you feel terrible!. In addition you could go into metabolic ketosis!. Its best to lose weight slowly!. Losing a couple of pounds a week is probably ideal!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
If you are willing to do anything, then why don't you start exercising and follow a healthy diet!? Trust me!.!.!. it is MUCH easier than trying to eat 300 calories a day!Www@Answer-Health@Com
