I love this salad but i don't know if it is that good for me!?
I just found the nutritional facts but don't know how to read them

It's a salad!. Of course it's healthy!. {Note sarcasm}
I would have the salad with out the meat and cheese, neither of which I consider healthy!.
As has been said, you might as well eat a steak or a Big Mac with all of that fat!. I'm guessing the fat is coming from the cheese, the chicken and the dressing!. When I do have "fresh" salads at restaurants, I cut out the cheese and meat (obviously) and stick with the veggies and oil and vinegar dressings!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

try this salad without anything fried and try fat free cheese instead of feta or just cut down the amount of feta!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
