Help with workout plan?!
Question: Help with workout plan!?
I just stared to work out!. I do few dumbbell exercise and abs exercise!. I do them every other and and leave one day in between to rest!. My question is should I run everyday or run every other day!? Is running like all other exercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You don't have to kill yourself with cardio, but make sure you are giving yourself at least 30 minutes of cardio most days a week!. After just a couple weeks you'll see fat start to melt off and soon-to-be toned muscles start to uncover!. Cardio may not be your favorite thing to do, but try and find something you enjoy and stick with it!. Intervals are a great way to melt the fat off too!. Try getting your heart rate up for a good 15 minutes and then bringing it down a notch, and then repeat!. You'll see results literally within weeks!.
