swimming is actually rly good exercise!. just swim a couple of laps like evry day!. maybe after dinner or something!. u may not notice but u sweat quite alot from swimming and it can help u lose wieghtWww@Answer-Health@Com

Swimming is amazing i know because im a coach , what can do is frist start learning your strokes after that be sure you know them, then try to swim laps none stop go for 10 laps of 50 of 25yrds, so 10 laps = to 500yrds and thats pretty good for starting one you get endurance start to work on speed , try joining a local Swim team :D youll love it going to meets and such!

When I was younger I was on swim teams so I knew how to swim very well, later after not being on teams i gained alot of weight and and still have it but at times when i had wanted to loose weight i swam,
I started with 10 laps a night in my pool then 20 the next night and then 30 getting to about 110, granted this was not an olympic size pool, but I did loose weight and felt much better!. even if you don't see the results right away you will feel them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
