I'm no doctor but I'll give you my "theory': I look at it this way- you're in a hot shower!. When you step out, the change in temperature is like a mild "shock" to your body, thus causing your heartbeat to rise!. This makes sense to ME -- what do YOU think!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
