Question: Is an approx body fat percentage of 19!.8% okay!?
im 15, height 5'4!.5" and 114lbs!. i used a site online to find out my percentage but it didnt tell me what my results meant and what category i should be in etc!. can anyone give me a good body fat calculating website or tell me about my current status!? thanksWww@Answer-Health@Com

yeah! i think the ideal % for women 20+ is 21 - 24% so ur little on the slimmer side but still healthy! you fall under "athletic"

At 15, you will have a slightly higher body fat content than women of 21+!. This is completely normal!.

The best way to check if you are overweight is to check your BMI (body mass index)

Be careful!. Do not let others make you feel fat, if you are not! There is enough pressure on young people today without making them feel under pressure to loose weight they do not need to!.

Online websites cannot accurately calculate your body fat percentage, but 19!.8% body fat would be considered fit/lean for a female!.
