Diet for lazy people...?!


Question: Diet for lazy people!.!.!.!?
whats the best kind of diet program for a person who does not do much exercise!.!.!. i dont eat much in the day either!.!. but i just don't know how to go about the right way to lose weight!.!. any suggestions would helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would suspicion you don't exercise because you don't have much energy!. You don't have much energy because you don't eat much - or aren't eating the right things!. Your metabolism has slowed down - you really do have to eat to have energy and you need to eat to lose weight - you need to eat the right things!.
For now, cut out all complex carbs, (sugars, starches, breads) all sugar, all caffine!. Eat vegetables, fruit and proteins!.
Start out by walking every opportunity you get!. Park you car in the farthest part of the parking lot!. Walk up and down the stairs instead of taking the elevator!. try 10 minutes a day of walking and increase that to 40 minutes!. You'll be amazed how quickly the weight drops off!.
Drink at least 6 8 ounces glasses of water a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try "winter diet"!. You will make your body wandering what happens as you will change every day the food!. It is good, working diet!. However, do not repeat it more than twice (2 weeks)!.
Other suggestions are Japanese and Tibet's diets!.
If you would like you can just increase your walking distances - it helps as well!.

You shouldn't be so lazy but here is a sample meal plan anyway:
BREAKFAST- scrambled egg white + veggie omlete, piece of whole-grain toast + half cup of berries(smoosh up for "jam"), tea or coffe (no sugar or cream)
SNACK- deli sliced turkey wrapped around 1 low-fat string cheese
LUNCH- large spinach salad + grilled chicken + vinagerette dressing, small plain yogurt
SNACK- 1 apple or diet snack bar
DINNER- large veggie stir-fry + lean meat of choice ( turkey, fish, chicken, ect!.!.!.), small dessert like raspberries with light yogurtWww@Answer-Health@Com

start out with light walking around the block after every meal!. Once it feels easier to do, start walking farther!. If you don't feel self conscious about jogging, start doing that to increase your heart rate (burn more calories)!. Stay away from deep fried foods, red meat, and milk!. Eat a lot of fiber from vegetables and eat only whole grains!. Do not overeat fruits because a lot of them contain loads of natural sugars!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I was watching the girls next door and one girl said she was going to do a sleeping diet!. she just sleeps all day so she misses lunch and all the meals!.

of course that's not healthy at ALL!.
But while your watching tv, when it goes to commercial do squats or something!.

Drink lots of water!. Take short walks too start yourself out slowly!. I am lazy too but I am dieting!. The water really helps your body get rid of waist and it makes your skin clear and your kidneys will love you for it!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
