Gaining mass/strength?!

Question: Gaining mass/strength!?
I have always heard that to gain mass, you need to eat lots of carbs/protein!. If you workout as much as someone does to gain mass, except you don't eat as many carbs as they do, will you still get just as strong, but without the mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
If you're trying to tone up, you need to lower your caloric intake as well as do some cardio along with your weight training!.

If you are just trying to gain mass and strength, you should keep eating plenty of carbs and protein and lift heavy!. Lower your reps to 6-8 to start putting on that size and strength!.

I hope that answers your question!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

To gain weight you have to eat more calories than you burn!. Start off by estimating how many calories you burn each day using the daily calorie needs calculator http://calorieneedscalculator!.com To gain 1 pound per week, eat 500 calories more than you're burning!. To gain 2 pounds per week, double it and eat 1,000 calories more than you're burning everyday!. To gain muscle, in addition to eating more you also have to stimulate them with enough through resistance training that when they recover, they'll get bigger and stronger!. To get an efficient workout you might want to join a gym if you aren't already a member!.
