Question: Am i going to ruin my diet!?
So today after work I plan on going out to eat with my family
I just had my cheat day the other day so im gonna try to stay low of calories intil we go out!.
Breakfast- i had some oatmeal
Lunch- Canataloupe with some green tea
(then i go to work for 4 hours, im only 15)
then i go out to eat with my family!.!.!. im pretty sure im going to be eating a meal over 600 calories or even more!.
then i will run later tonight!.!.!.
Usually i eat more before work like i have oatmeal and a fruit then yogurt and something else for lunch
but i really dont want to go over 1400 calories!.
please help!

I think since you are working out you will be fine!. You are young and I am sure your body burns calories fast!. Don't worry enjoy your night out with family!Www@Answer-Health@Com
It just really depends on your condition!. yuour weight!. how far along in your diet!. You should let yourfood digest first, befor eoyu go running!., just saying!. Um!. Also, It is not a big deal if you treat yourtself once or twice!. just make sure that you go right back to your plan the next day!. Dun wiorry abut exercising longer or faster to burn off those caloris!. Your body shouldnt lose more than 1-2 pounds a week if you are on a healthy diet anyway!. It won't kill you!.!.!.just make sure to start fresh tomorrow!. you need to have a few cheat days every now and then or you will blow your diet for sure!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
