Is it bad to weight lift every second day!
Question: Is it bad to weight lift every second day
for a long time!. I know you are supposed to let your body rest to build muscle!. So using this routine, one week I am working out 3 times and the next week I am working out 4 times!. I'm basically worried about my muscles wearing out!. Should I lift only 3 times a day!. I don't take any kind of performance enhancers and my workouts are intense!.

no actually that's a great work out, it is recommended that you take one day off in between work outs to do other things such as running or just plain stretching!. They do recommend you take one day off to rest your body though!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
