Question: Need a schedule for teen girl!! 10 points!!
So my grandma says im lazy and getting really out of shape
so i really need help for someone to plan out a schedule for me too stick too
A really explicite schedule like when i should wake up and go to bed, or excercise, eat, and play
im 15 years old
also this schedule should include excercise things to help me lose weight fast

my schedule isn't a good one, but here's what I do (I'm fifteen, too)
get up early (7-8 is best)
eat a small breakfast, but healthy
go for a run, 30 mins at least
relax for a little, watch some TV or read a book
do a bunch of exercise, at least one hour, before lunch
eat a small lunch around noon
take a walk, at least 30 mins
stretch and do some light exercise while watching TV or a movie doing homework or something
hang out with friends, but don't snack (especially if you go to the movies or something)
eat a light dinner around 6
do something you enjoy, like hanging with friends or riding your bike!.

well try to wake up by 10:00am!. eat some breakfast make sure you have water during breakfast its the best time to get hydration, then you can go swimming, have a small lunch, relax for a little bit, and take a walk (dont run because it will be to hot out), come back and you can relax or hang out with friends or somthing like that, then have dinner, 30min!. after dinner you can go for a run!. come home and then you can shower, then you can relax and then get ready for bed, before you go to bed you can do some sit ups and/or push ups!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
it sounds like you want to put yourself in a jail where all your decisions are made for you!. you are 15 years old-you should be allowed to decide when to go to bed, or wake up-this is a life lesson-it will help you grow into an adult-you never know, it might even be fun for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
