Is it ok to workout the abs more than once a day!? I only workout 3 times a day, so is it ok to workout my abs twice a day!? Is it effective!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

And if you are weight training, every other day!. :)

Of course its okay!. Most people trying to get a six pack work out once in the morning and once at night!. It is also helpful to constantly flex your abs during the dayWww@Answer-Health@Com
