Question: How can i have a flatter chest!.
am 18 male 6'0 and weigh 264 pounds and i wan to have a flatter chest i have 2 20pound dumbbells and 1 barbell with weights up to 100!. And ez curl bar can some one post videos or pics!. of how i can loose wright!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

3 days of cardio exercise per week (20 minutes)
3 days of weight training per week (45 minutes)
1 day off
Diet:
six small meals a day for six days
- one serving of protein
- one serving of complex carbs
- all the veggies you want
