15years old male, wants to get toned any ideas plzplzplz help me out here.!
Question: 15years old male, wants to get toned any ideas plzplzplz help me out here!.
So i am 15 years old, about 5'9, and weigh about 125!. So i am skinny but have no tone to my body!. School going to start in about 2 weeks so i was also thinking about plans to get fit to work around school hrs!.
I have a bus that picks me up around 6:40 in the morning!. So if i have to run or anything should i run morning, night, afternoon!. I have no treadmill!. I have a couple dumbbells, and the thing that helps with pecks, and few weights!. These were all my brother old equipment!. I am not rich but i am not poor, so i cant buy anything like a treadmill or something expensive!.(Don't really wanna buy anything)
I have belly fat, not alot though, yet its still unattractive!. I dont play any sports i used to play soccer, but i stopped cuz i got sick of playing for 8years!. I'm going to me a sophmore in higschool!.
If you tell me to ruun or something, idk how much!. Should i start out short distance than increase idk!.
Idk what sets are etc!. about weights!.
My biceps and triceps dont have alot of muscle in them I would like to change that!.!. I just want to be more active!.
I am thinking of joining spring track, maybe winter, but i would like to be fit before i start!.
Also anyone have like food suggestions, the way i keep a good balanced meals, Whats good to eat, obviously not junk!.I dont eat alot of bad food, here and there!. Dont really drink soda but occasionally if i am out to dinner I have a Shirley Temple (YUMMY!)!.

im 16 and started wieght training about 2 months ago there are plenty of exercises to do with dumbells!.!. do curs and etc!. do plenty of push ups u skinny so try to increase wieght but not ina junky way because if u want to look bigger gotta get yur wieght up !.!. if not you'll just look very cut !.!. w!.e!. u like !.!. but yu also have to remember we are still growing so patience is the key keep working out and you'll be good dont give upWww@Answer-Health@Com
