i feel overweight!.!.!.am i!? how can i lose weight safely and sufficiently!. i play basketball and softball!. what can i do!? please help me feel better about myself and look good!. i wear a size 12 jean!. but i dont look fat!. if i felt good enough to wear a bikini i could!. well what i think is that you should eat fruts and vegis to watch your weght but you need to work out so you can loose weight but drink milk to gain energy also run for a mile every day but still eat enough to get the energy to do that :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

you are overweight!. but it could be that you have lots of muscle!. i assume you have an atheltic build!. and size 12 isnt gigantic or anything!. just eat healthy and keep up exercising and you will be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES! Im almost 15, 5'7 and im 100-103lbs and im not skinny, im actually fat!. So, i would say that you should weigh around 110lbs at the most!.
