six small meals a day for six days
- one serving of protein
- one serving of complex carbs
- all the veggies you want
one free day per week, eat anything you want

it all depends on how much your weight is currently and your BMI!. it may be possible to lose a large percentage of that!. But 15LBS is a tall order!. If you want to lose weight quickly your going to need to change your eating habits dramtically and do a lot of cardio (running,swimming!.cycling any or all of those)

My god!.!.!.how many people ask something like this!? That's like losing a pound every other day!. You would have to starve yourself and exersise all day!. Much better to lose it for good slowly then lose it quickly for a month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
