How are you suppose to gain self confidence?!
Question: How are you suppose to gain self confidence!?
i mean it def doesn't happen over night but i know i need som self-esteem!. i think it's hindering many aspects of my life and i want to change that!. of course it would def helped if i lost 10 lbs but what can be done in the mean time!. i've also decided that a problem might be knowing the difference between confidence and arrogance!. i wish i could fit into a happy medium but my sense of the two is blurred!. opinions!? tips!? explainations!?

well, i know exactly what you are going through!. im going through the exact same thing!. i guess what helped me was that i was really really self concous about my body!. so i did something about it!. i lost like 5 pounds!. i know it doenst sound like much but to me it was alot!. for you manybe just like 2 pounds may be enough for you!. also learn to accept yourself!. and tell yourself that everyone is different!. and if people bash you or make fun of it its only cuz they are jealous of you!. you may not see it now but its soo true!. im in high school!. and its the hardest thing i have ever had to deal with in my life!. it will get easier!. you just have to accept yourself and the way you were made!. stand by yourself and be your own person!.dont change for other people and dont be hard on yourself!. its hard but it will come with time!. yes there is defietly a difference between those two!. just being yourself and liking who you are without thinking you are better than others and bashing others is confidence!. arrogance is being better better than others, knowing it, and using it to your advantage!. hope this helped!! i know what your dealing with im dealing with it too!! best of luck!! be true to yourslef!!:)Www@Answer-Health@Com

Take a day for yourself!. Buy some pretty clothes that are fit well and are flattering on your body!. You'll feel great!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

3rd willingness to change and work it every day
You practice every day feeling bad , you must start practicing feeling good!.!.!.!.reprogram your mind
