Question: HELP! I'm overweight and really need help!!!
I've gained about 50 pounds since finishing college and would really like to be in shape again!. I would overall like to lose 50-70 pounds!. How can I do this safely and not take years!? I have tried many diets and workout plans but I seem to lose and then just gain back more!. It is very depressing and I am about to give up!. HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

just drink a lot of water!.!.!. more than 8 glasses a day and eat a lots of food that contains high fiber!.!. a banana a day and keep yourself busy so u will forget cravings!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
