Do you think I burned enough calories, I'm desperate!


Question: Do you think I burned enough calories, I'm desperate
my BMR is around 1500 calories!. I ate a lot,
breakfast- special k, apple
lunch- medium potatoe with I can't believe its not butter no calorie spray, and brocolli
snack- clementine
dinner- ruby tuesdays, salad bar!.!. had 2 plates full of salad and pretty full of veggies and some ham and pasta!.!.!. then a large chocolate cookie!.!.!.
but I did more than 2 hours of dance dance revolution, ran more than 2 miles in 20 min, 5 min!. fast stair stepping, and cleaned!.!.!.
did I burn enough for what i ate!? I'm worried cuz I've been doing really bad on my dietWww@Answer-Health@Com

Remember: potatoes are very HIGH in calories since theyre a starch!. Even though it fills your stomach, it adds more calories than many other stomache-filling meals!.
But other than that, you shouldn't worry about it!. You only live once, right!? =)Www@Answer-Health@Com

You're fine!.!.!.!.try to eat foods that list their caloric content and make sure you burn more calories than you eat, but remember everything we do burns calories! 15 minutes of kissing burns 30 calories :) Also, drink plenty of water that will really help!Www@Answer-Health@Com

ya thats pretty good!. exercise in the morning when you wake up before you eat anything!. this way your body doesn't have any carbohyrates to burn off an dwill start burning fat stores in your body!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you did really well until you ate the freakin cookie!
you ruined it for yourself!. dang!. but tomorow is another day so have some self control and stick with it!. and the spray is terrible for you!. i know it probably says low calorie/fat!. but ignore that stuff!.!.!.its not good if its not organic/real food!.

as for exercise, go a little faster on the run when you feel like you're ready to!. other than that it sounds ok!.

dont try to burn off all the calories you eat!. that is unhealthy because your body uses most of your calories to keep you alive!. your heart pumping, your cells rejuvinating!.

you burned about 300 calories and ate about 900 calories!. (salad is very low calorie, but the dressing is a lot)
