Is celery ok to eat when cutting while lifting??!


Question:

Is celery ok to eat when cutting while lifting??

Next month (August) I want to cut. I plan on lifting heavy to maintain my muscle mon, wed, fri, and HIIT tue and thurs.

I'm going on a really strict diet that month containing protein (with lots of whey shakes), vegetables, fruits, and low carbs.

So, is celery a good "vegetable" to help me cut while lifting to maintain??

Celery is wonderful. It has a lot of vitamins and it also takes more calories to digest than you get out of it. Other foods that contain actual negative calories are cabbage and many brands of canned tomatoes. you can use these sorts of vegetables to make a soup you can literally stuff yourself with for calorie free, or darn cheap.

Read some cans, throw them together and heat. it is good and good for you.
