actually you should workout before you eat so that when it comes time to eating your meal, your metabolism fights back all the fat that you are taking in and you burn fat faster!. if you workout right after you eat you tend to get sick and your stomach hurts!. if you wait a bit while longer that as well is much better!. try to workout for an hour for better results!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
