If our stomach is just below our chest then why...!


Question: If our stomach is just below our chest then why!.!.!.
do I still have fat on the bottom of my belly!?!?
I always though our stomach was at the bottom of our belly button, turns out, it's above from our belly button!.
I've been doing cardio for 2 months now, and even though it has decreased size, I still have a bit of fat bulging out!.
What exactly is down there that is still making by bottom fat still look, well FAT !? What can I do, I've been on a diet and doing cardio, should I continue!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

cardio alone cant deal with belly fat!.!.!.there will be leftover fat in the form of loose skin or flab!.!.!.you have to do equal amounts of toning exercises to tighten the skin and burn off those adamant fat cells!.!.!.its the same concept to as getting a 6 pack!you gotta strengthen all the muscles in the body so that they 'pull off' the belly fat as much as possible!.!.!.it vwill take time but its worth waiting!.!.!.good luck!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I know what will 'help' and that is working your obliques!. They are directly below your navel!. Here is a good one we did in boot camp!.!.!. lay on the grass (on your back) and have someone stand behind you so that you can hold onto their ankles!. With feet together, raise your legs up and back as quickly as possible and have your partner throw your legs back down to the grass, but do not let them touch the ground!. Do this as long as you can in sets of 3 to 5 (maybe you can switch w/your partner)!. After the first week is when the results will begin!. That is when he starts throwing your legs down to the left and the right, alternating w/out telling you!. In two or three weeks after that your begin to see THE CUT, one of the most attractive muscles in the stomach area!. Now, this is only if you do it on a daily basis, and don't punk out!. Exercise:
3 days of cardio exercise per week (20 minutes)
3 days of weight training per week (45 minutes)
1 day off

Diet:
six small meals a day for six days
- one serving of protein
- one serving of complex carbs
- all the veggies you want
one free day per week, eat anything you want

Look up some excersizes to work you lower abdomen!.

However, it might just be your body type!. Not everyone can develop a ripped six pack!. Your BMI is good!.

Eventually you're going to plateau and the best way to offset that is by changing up your cardio workout!. Otherwise you will develop what they call a "mailman routine" Www@Answer-Health@Com

i am guessing that since your small intestine and large is where most people build up fat that some of the calories you eat build up inside your intestine!.because food and calories just pass through the stomachWww@Answer-Health@Com

your fine just exercise more and do more sit ups!. it not your stomach that getting fat!. its the fat around your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
