The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day!. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer!.

'Diet Pills' gives 607, Green tea 482, Hoodia 195, 'pink patch' 119, 'Xenical' 91 'Reductil' 78, 'Slim fast' 215 (and Slimfast 69 ), lipotrim 44 and 'orlistat' 40 !. Do you spot a pattern here!? OMG that is 60,000 questions with the same basic theme, wanting to lose weight!

Here comes the only answer, no tricks, no pills, no short cuts, If you really want to lose weight, loose weight, not be too fat or overweight, follow these instructions carefully:-

1) Eat less
2) Take regular vigorous exercise

Walk alot!. I got a dog, and had to take it out for walks all the time (since it's kind of hyper) and I lost 5 kg without any change of diet at all!. (in a little less than two months) If you want to loose more (no clue what a stone is) change your diet a little too!. Eat yourself full on food that has little fat and sugar!.

Edit: I just checked how much your weight is in Kg, and if what I found out is correct, you really DON'T need to loose weight!. If anything, you should probably gain some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you must be quite sensible as you dont want to starve yourself!.

If you want to lose weight AND have nice toned & smooth skin, join the gym and cut out all junk food and only eat natural foods!. In about a month you can lose a stone!.

You need to exercise!. If you only diet then you dont get a toned figure!. Just skinny and boney and unhealthy looking!. Very unattractive!!

If you cant join the gym then run or cycle in the mornings!. No ones about if you get up early enough so dont be nervous!.

I went on holiday for a week!. I went in the pool all day everyday!. I didn't actually loose any weight!. If you excersise all your body fat will turn into muscle!. Just try and do more excercise!. Plus, if you do swimming it helps your slouch!. It helped mine!. My back was real straight!Www@Answer-Health@Com



~ Eat healthy- 3 meals a day and 2 fruit and 5 veg (daily)
~ don't snack ( if ur really hungry snack on nuts and fruit) - treat urself with a little treat once a day
~ exersice daily (30 mins)
~ drink water
~ Cycling really helps loose weight!.

The real question is what does a stone weigh!? Which is a serious question because alot of people on this site have different weight scales!. In the US we use pounds and you might want to be around say 120 or so!. Are you healthy otherwise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
