Weight issues.?
im an average girl but i hate my weight. i always think im fat. im not crazy and stare myself, but i try to eat healthy. i eat 1000 calories which isn't very much and i eat healthy.really healthy and im not loosing pounds. i guess my weight doesn't matter but when i wear a skin tight shirt i want to look thin. does any body have tips or sugessions on loosing weight quick? or even a healthy diet planned for me?

You say you control your food intake, but still don't like what you see in the mirror. If you exercise you may see a more toned body and like what you see more.
You need to fuel activity, so feed the exercise to look better.
