Ok later on i'm going to have lunch but i'm trying to eat healthier and never make the right choices.
SO i need your help and i'm going to make a CHALLENGE!!!! woo!!!
I'm going to give you ingredients of some stuff I have and it'd be GREAT if you could come up with some healthy/ lo cal recipes that includes them!!!
Here's the ingredients....
-whole wheat bread
-eggs
-milk
-spinich
-Romaine Hearts
-Low-fat peanut butter
-strawberry preserves
-carrots
-cheese
-salami/turkey meat
-cinnimon and other spices
-breakfast cereal (kashi GOLean crunch, smartstart)
-raisins
-craisins
-crackers
-onions
ready..set... GO!!!

Answers:
1. Cheese and onion toastie - grate cheese, slice onion then toast in whole wheat bread
2. Omelette (add your choice of filling from your list ie cheese, salami/turkey meat. onion)
3. Salami/turkey sandwich with spinach
4. Crackers with strawberry preserves
5. Carrot soup
