Healthy foods?
i was just wondering if my meal plan for today sounds somewhat healthy and benificial for someone trying to loose 2 pounds
2 organic waffles
2 tbs organic maple syrup
1cup strawberries
1teaspoon white sugar
1 cup whole wheat macaroni
1 cup tomatoe juice
1 cup soy beverage (30%calcium)
veggie salad (cucumbers,carrots,parsely,tom... salt,squeeze of lemon,1 tbl spoon olive oil)

2 pounds will make plemnty difference, im very thin and i just want to loose some fat so my abs will be able to show

two pounds? i don't think two pounds will make any difference. . . but that sounds healthy.
