How much weight could you lose in a month?

I'm 162 pounds and i want to lose 30-40 pounds in a month.Tomorrow is the first day of July and i want to start my diet plan. In the morning i would do 10 push ups, 30 jumping jacks, 10 crunches, and a 10 min run. For breakfast, i would eat 2 slices of toast and run for 20 minutes. I would skip lunch and do 30 jumping jacks followed by a 10 min run. For snack, i would eat 10 saltine crackers and drink a glass of water. After snack, I would run for 10 minutes and do 20 jumping jacks. Finally, for dinner I would eat 2 slices of toast and drink a glass of water. How much weight would i lose if i followed this diet plan everyday? If this isn't a good way to lose weight, then what do you suggest i do. I hope ya'll can help me out.

I don't think you can safely lose that much in a month. It just won't happen. Especially since you're talking about building muscle which weights more than fat. Some people can lose more than others and is dependant on body type and mass, metabolism etc...

If you lose that much in a month, you'll put it back on. Thinking in pounds will depress you. Start thinking in terms of inches. You'll get better results.
