I want to become slim. My age is 36. I walk daily no signs of improvement. Please help me?

Give me a proper diet chart. I have a medicine in which it has got side effects like increasing weight but i should have it for 3 more years and i have completed 3 years of medicine. It is a neuro problem.

try walking farther. change up your walking routine. walk a farther distance every other day
