Does sweating have anything to do with burning calories?!

Question: Does sweating have anything to do with burning calories!?
I sweat more playing tennis (assuming same weather conditions and wearing similar apparel) than I do jogging/walking!. Does this mean that I burn more calories playing tennis!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Probably but it could mean that the tennis court is in the full sun and you jog more in the shade!. In general at the same temperatures, more sweat means more calories burned!.
Check out the American Heart Association chart!. It says no, but it might also mater who you are playing against and how hard the game is for you!. Your body gets used to an excercise and then doesn't expend as much energy doing it!. It feels easier and you sweat less so you are expending less energy for the same motion!. Thats why you should use some variation in your excercise plan!. Just like you are doing!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably so!. Your body has to cool itself more while you are playing tennis!. You can compare your body to a mechanical engine!. The more you rev (speed up) the engine the more heat it produces!. Therefore it needs something to cool it down(radiator)!. In the case of the human body, perspiration or sweat keeps you cool!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Absolutely, that's why a lot of athletes like wrestlers exercise in sweatsuits when they need to make weight and other heavy clothing because it makes them hotter in order to sweat more!. Sweat = Calories burned!. That's also why the best exercise is cardio, because it raises your heart rate more and causes you to sweat and burn calories!. So you defintely burn calories while playing tennis!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm not sure, but you must be doing more excercise for you to sweat more, so i would think that you are burning more calories playing tennis!.also because tennis requires more movement of the whole body, rather than just moving your legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well in theory yes because your body is getting hotter and needs to cool down more hence the sweat!. But you are also losing more fluids and electrolytes because you are sweating more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

yes,but it mainly means that your body temperature raises more and gets more unstable when playing tennis!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes sweating means ur burning fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
