This entirely depends on your genetics!. Are you thin!? Is your bone structure wider or stalkier!? What body type does your parents have!? The average weight for an 11 year old at 5' can range between 80 lbs to 110 lbs!. The best way to know what weight is best for you, is to eat right, stay active and then let your body decide for you!. Always trust in how you feel!. You are still growing, so your average weight will always continue to be higher until you stop!. Your body will stop growing around age 23!. So my advice to you is, if you are eating right (no junk food) and staying active (less computer and TV time, more running, jumping and climbing) then just let your body decide for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
