Going for a jog?
hey everyone
im thinking of starting to jog cos i wanna lose some flab and tone up, but most of all i wanna get fit! how long should i jog for? and what part of ur body does jogging help? does it help ur stomach.....lol i hope so.

Remember to relax, stretch, and warm up first. It's relaxing and gets you loose.
Wear good shoes and comfy clothes.
Start off slow, only run a short distance the first few times. Enough to get your heart going, but don't exert yourself.
But make sure you keep track of how far you run, so you can track your progress. If you just run till you're tired, you might never progress any farther or never push yourself a bit more.
Yes, it helps your stomach. Burning calories helps your stomach more than situps do. And running burns TONS of calories.
