HI ALL HOW ARE WE TODAY my question is i need serious help and dont know what to do im 27 male i weigh 90kg im
162cm in height and have a problem with my fat in the regions of my buttocks lovehandels and thighs plese can anybody help me with a exercise routine that will help and any supplements for im also getting married in october 3rd any help is much appreciated thank you...:-)

theres no real exercise to help losing fat in special areas wheras there're are exercises that will strengthen some parts of your body and make them look bigger like cycling. my suggestion is hitting gym 3days a week and going on a low carb healthy diet and not one of those fad's will help you slim down.
