How can I get rid of bad-eating habits?!


Question: How can I get rid of bad-eating habits!?
During the school year, I noticed I have eaten more healthy stuff, more rice, vegetables, and the works!. But, summer has come around, and I usually do this every summer, but I go all out on the junk food (I usually buy lots of chips)!. I noticed I put on a little bit of weight, and I don't want to be fat!. Plus, I was told by my doctor to eat healthier, but I'm so used to quick and easy microwavable meals and snack foods, I'm finding it hard to eat healthy again!. How can I get rid of my bad eating habits and resist the temptation of unhealthy foods!? I wanna remain healthy and I wanna break my bad eating habits!. Where do I start, and how do I stay committed!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to get yourself motivated is to do a small 30 minute resistance training routine 3 days a week and get back into the right foods
Let me tell you what worked for me, eat small meals, icorporate lean proteins such as fish and chicken, drink lots of water, then drink green tea right before bed!. But what really did it for me was this great new system, the link is below

i have the same problem!. what helped me was not to keep junk food in the house!. instead of buying regular chips i bought the baked ones, instead of buying cookies i bought fruit, and instead of buying soda i bought sunny delight!. if you don't have junk food in your house it's not there for you to eat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you are eating a lot of snack foods because they are convenient!. You should make healthy dishes in advance, so you just have to pop them in the microwave!. Also, drink a lot of water, it will make you a lot less hungry!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
