Also what exercises should be doing!? Is walking for 60 minutes each day enough!?

To maintain weight the best method is to do 30-45 minutes of exercise per day!.

Walking isn't as likely to put you out of breath and get your heart rate up so you have to halve the time you spend doing it as exercise!. So 60 mins of walking per day is perfect!Www@Answer-Health@Com

that depends on how much you're eating!. if you recently lost weight and you're going to start eating more you need to burn the equivalent of your increase in calories!. an hour of walking a day should be sufficient to maintain your weight IF you keep eating pretty well!. don't start scarfing down burgers & fries just yet!. make sure you eat plenty of vegetables and limit chips, candy, fried food, and fatty meat (or be a vegetarian, always helpful)!. as long as you eat healthy 60 minutes of walking will work fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
