How many calories should you eat per day??!


Question: How many calories should you eat per day!?!?
OK!.!.!. so i weigh between 140 and 145lbs!. But for my height and age and stuff, i should be weighing around 120lbs!.!. Exactly how many calories should you eat perday!?!? I knwo i go over the limit by alot everyday!. :] But im trying to lose weight so i can be heathier, because weight has caused many health issues in my family, and i don't want any health issues!.!. so can you please help!?!? Any other advice for losing weight would be fabulous!.!. thank you soo much! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Generally it's 2000 Kcal (calories) a day for women!. But to lose weight you need to be consuming below that!. Also, be aware (if your not already) that low in fat doesn't necessarily mean low in calories!. Calories also include sugar and carbohydrates!. Allot of products labelled low in fat or light, are sometimes high in carbohydrates or particularly in sugar in order to retain some of that calorie satisfaction lost when reducing the fat content!.
But if you want to loose weight fast, I've got experience with that, as I box in a weight category below my natural weight!.
*First, forget the latest fashion diets you read in magazines!. Most of them don't work and are just something a celebrity said they did to cover up the fact they've had surgery!.
*Second, don't skip breakfast!. Eating something in the morning kick-starts your metabolic rate!. Having a small breakfast like a single piece of toast or a very small bowl of a cereal will cause you to lose more calories than gained from the meal!.
*Also, have smaller potions for your other meals!. You will still feel hungry when you put down your fork, but all this means is that you
