Be my motivation buddy?
I'm always on and off diets. I'll go on one and do quite well for four days, but then bad habits come back quick. My parents hardly support me, and I'd really, really like someone who won't be able to judge me, help me out in losing weight...Can someone help me, please?

Hmm, well an intersting thing that helped me was looking in the mirror every morning (naked, when I was bigger), and even taking a picture of yourself with little clothing and putting it somewhere you can when you feel the need to eat junk.
I agree with the first person, write down EVERYTHING, even little things like bites you take when in the fridge. Read this at the end of the day, and try judging yourself by it. This sounds cruel, but it worked for me.
