I want to build muscle mass, is weight training the most effective way as it is burning calories?
weight training burns the calories so how will it bulk me up, does this mean i will have to eat lots of protein and carbohydrates after work our or before or whatever to bulk up? plz help

Weight training is the best way to go. Add some pull ups, and push ups also. They really have added muscle to my hubby's arms, shoulders, back and chest. You may want to increase your protein intake throughout the day to help your muscles repair themselves from your lifting. Just don't go crazy on the protein-you'll bind up your plumbing if you don't balance it with fruit and veggies.
