Not eating can cause the hair on you head to get brittle and thin and fall out and can make fuzzy hair grow on your body!. It can make your bones weak and stop your periods!. If you're young, it can stunt your growth!.

Not eating will eventually cause heart failure, muscle weakness, immune dysfunction and death!!

To lose weight reasonably, cut 500 calories a day, so if you eat 2,000 calories a day, start eating 1,750 a day and workout to burn another 250 calories!. Or workout every other day, but burn 500 calories each time!.

don't do it, you can really mess up your metabolism by doing that making weight lose even slower!. you can lose 1-2 pounds or even more (but more than 2 pounds a week would be unhealthy) a week by eating healthy and working out!.

starving yourself also gives you really bad pains, and could lead to health problems!.

A human can only survive about 5 days without food so thats basically committing suicide!. Don't starve yourself just eat healthier foods!.

Heres a tip: Excersize, look on the web for healthy food choices that you can prepare at home, and my friend's mom said that if you drink/eat nothing but vegetable juice you can loose 10 lbs in a day!. You should try that for a day and see if you loose weight!. If you do, then continue that routine until you loose as much as you need!. but if at any point you feel sick or uncomfortable go back to your original routine!. DONT HURT YOURSELF! and dont loose TOO MUCH weight!.

you might lose a lot, but the next time you binge, like someone said, you will store all of that food and gain more weight than before!. I know it's hard to stick to diets and excercising (it's true, it sucks) but you just have to be patient!. You know, in the end, there will alwaysbe two people who love you through thick and thin, and those special people are God and Jesus!. :)

It depends, but more importantly you should think about what else you will lose, aka your sanity!. It's a stupid idea and as soon as you begin to eat again you will gain the weight back and then some!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Probably a couple pounds but your body will go into storing mode!. Once you start eating again you are going to gain that weight back plus more!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
