I'm 20 year old male, 187 cm tall, weight 65 kilos...I'm too skinny.I wanna gain weight and muscle! I work out every day, I eat three times a day, I eat carbohydrates,meat,milk and other caloric stuff bat i doesn't help. I do have musles,and I like to exercise,but I don't see results.
I decided to try out Creatine, so can you tell me all (good and bad) aspect of its consumption.

creatine will make u gain weight from keeping water in ur muscles now creatine helps you by giveing u more power energy endurance and recover time between work outs if u really wana gain weight take some whey protein also if u take both u should gain some muscle if u work out with weights and dont run 2 much
