Question: WEIGHT LOSS!.!.question!.(short)
i used to weigh 236lbs!.!.!.now im down to 219lbs!.!.!.and theres a slight difference i notice like my shorts fit better!.!.!.but my goal is 200lbs!.!.!.!.will i notice significant differences when i get down to that weight!? or just another short size difference!.!.!.!.argWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had been going to the gym 4 times a week and I started noticing little changes like my pants were looser and i started losing weight in my face!. But then all of a sudden my pants got really baggy and I had to get new clothes! Then I started getting compliments like "you look REALLY good"!. Anyway, it may start slow but hang in there and before you know it you need to go shopping for some sexy new clothes! Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

From personal experience & from many years of reading everything about dieting, I know that losing 20 lbs means going down 1 dress size!. Like from a 20 to an 18!. If you lose 35 lbs (I should say when you lose 35 lbs) you'll be down 2 dress sizes!. Now you say you only notice a slight difference in your shorts, etc!. Of course, many things can affect how you look now - maybe your shorts were too tight before; maybe you lost weight all over (which would be odd for the first 17 lbs) and maybe when you lose 4 -5 lbs more, you'll notice more!. I just lost 6 lbs ) have 14 to go) hardly noticible to me; but people have noticed it (!?) but I recently had a picture taken for my passport!. Usually, I take pretty good pictures but in this one, I couldn't get over how haggard I looked --lines in my face!. I didn't have makeup on but after looking at the horrible picture, I realized that I had lost weight in my FACE! And, the skin was kind of drooping!.!.!.but from experience, I know that it takes a while but the skin will adjust & look better soon!. My point was that it never dawned on me that I'd lose weight in my face!. Usually, the first place anyone loses is the belly, waist & rest of the torso!. Maybe you lost some weight in your bust and/or off your back or shoulders!. I'm sure it shows and I wish you all the best in losing the rest of the weight!. I'm so hapy to see you making small goals first!.!.!.they'll be much easier to reach!. Most people would have said 50 lbs first which is very difficult and takes time!. Sadly depends on your body type and how much fat/muscle you lose to get to that weight!. My wife lost just about 30 and still wears the same pant size but her waist has gotten a lot smaller!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
