How do you get rid of that bump just below your belly button?
i want a flat stomach. i do abs, but i would like to know which exercises i should do in order to make my lower abs stronger.

I used to work out with Denise Austin's Daily workout, which is on the Lifetime channel. She strongly endorses doing a yoga plank pose (which is like the top of a push-up), then touching one knee to the floor, then the other, about 20 times with each knee. I do this 5 times a week, and that bump is gone!
