Question:

Need help on a diet issue: the "sweet tooth" cravings!!!?

i have a serious problem...i have an extra in of fat on my stomach and thighs... no big deal , right? i was dead wrong!! i try to excersie but the kind of work i do for my mother doesn't even burn 500 calories!! and the only time i get to exercise is on sundays...after church!! and the only time i might be able to do more would be when i start university....in september!!!! i thought i could find a way to get more exercise in, but then, it happened!! sad to say, i forgot i had a sweet tooth...a very big one!! and i can always hear it crying out to me everythime i go a few days without sugary foods!!

question: HOW CAN I MAKE IT STOP???? the only results i keep getting is either an extra centimeter, or no results at all!!!
i need a way to control my sweet tooth cravings or else i might gain way more than what i'm trying to get rid of!!!

Answers:

Ok what you have to do is not try to stop eat the sugary foods your sweet tooth is craving all together, but more in moderation. What you can do is:
1.) Grab a sweet tasting fruit instead of chocolate (watermelon, and strawberries are always good)
2.) When you do feel like you need the chocolate go for dark chocolate because it's healthier, and eat a small piece at a time instead of a chunk or a whole candy bar
3.) Ice Cream? Go low-fat or with frozan yogurt, or even fruit smoothies - they've got the sugary taste, but are a little bit better for you than regular ice cream

Don't deprive yourself or you'll go absolutely crazy and it'll never work, instead give yourself small tastes of what you want, and then go healthy. Hope this helps. Good Luck.
