Do I have to excercise the same time everyday to have effective weight loss?!
Question:
Do I have to excercise the same time everyday to have effective weight loss?
Answers:
It depends. You should have your workouts spaced about evenly. For example, dont work out at 8pm on monday, and then 9 am on tuesday. Your body needs rest to let muscles rebuild, and the more lean muscle mass you have, the more calories your body expends. I suggest finding a time around when you can workout everyday, but the exact time does not matter. Workouts (if you do everyday) should be spaced between 18 and 24 hours apart. Remember not to work the same muscles daily, and cardio/diet/weight lifting is an effective weight loss plan. Eat high protein, moderate carbs, and low fat. Shoot for about 30-60 minutes of moderate to high intensity cardio a day, and lift weights 3-4 times a week.
